HANDLING TIMES (Business Days Only)

Handling time for all orders will be within 3-14 business days with extension will now be 3-21 Business days, except Cash Trays, which will be 10-21 business days.  Planner Prep Service handling times are within 3-4 weeks (approximately 15-21 Business Days). If there is to be a delay in your order, SKS will contact you directly. DUE TO ITEMS BEING HANDMADE WE NEED TIME TO PROCESS EACH ORDER

If any package is returned "undeliverable" or "return to sender" due to errors with the shipping address there will be an additional shipping fee charged to resend the package. Please ensure that you have listed your updated/correct shipping address on all orders. SKS is not liable for packages mailed to erroneous addresses.

While SKS does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations if there is a problem with your order please contact us immediately so that we may correct and replace all items associated with your purchase.

SHIPPING

SKS utilizes the shipping services of USPS, UPS and Fedex. Those services will offer both domestic and international shipping options. All orders will receive a shipping confirmation email that will consist of a tracking number for your convenience. We have no control over your package once it has been delivered to the carrier. There shipping times frames are estimates and can vary. Those times are not provided by Sew Krafty Sanaa we just communicate them to you all.

**After your order has been processed**

USA

-Regular shipping is through USPS Parcel Select 2-7 business days, Priority which takes 2-5 business days for delivery. 

-Express shipping is 1-3 business days

​

Canada

-Shipping is through USPS Priority which takes about 7-15 business days for delivery.

​

All other countries

-International Shipping is through the first class which can take anywhere from 10-35 days to arrive. We also offer DHL Express for international orders for an extra charge of $25-$200 depending on the product you order and country. DHL Express delivers within 4-7 business days.

PRE-ORDER SHIPMENT

​

Each product will state a specific estimated time frame for when the pre-ordered item will ship. If multiple items are pre-ordered within one purchase and each pre-order item states a different shipment time, then all the items within that order purchased will be shipped at the latest time specified. Please check the product details for when items will ship.

For example, Order # 00000 includes two items. Item #1 is expected to ship in late November, and Item #2 is scheduled to ship in late December. The entire order will not be shipped until late December. There was one shipping cost paid per order, so there will only be one shipment for the whole order. If you would like to have the orders shipped at the respective times stated, they would need to be placed as separate orders. If regular in-stock items were purchased with a pre-order, the entire order would not ship until the pre-ordered item was ready.

Once orders are delivered to the carriers we are not responsible for delays, missing, lost, or stolen packages. Priority Packages only come with $50 insurance. Additional Insurance for all purchases of $100 or more equal to the value of the purchase is an option. If you'd like to add insurance for full price on your package please send us an email prior to purchasing. 

 

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, including customs fees for some countries.

A7 size hole punch size is measured from the innermost ring at 19mm equal to one inch with there being a 1-inch space between all rings.

True A6 size hole punch size is measured from the innermost rings at 38mm equal to 1.5 inches.

Personal (MOST COMMONLY Called A6) size hole punch size is measured from the innermost rings at 51mm equal to 2 inches.

A5 size hole punch size is measured from the innermost rings at 70mm equal to 2.75 inches.
